Guest house in Nogaro
Known locally as the "Couerbe" house, this residence, whose first foundations date back to the 12th century, certainly first housed a few archbishops of the local clergy.
A rare stone house that survived the Montgomery Protestant invader on October 23, 1569, it was probably partially rebuilt in the 17th century.
On April 26, 1660, escorted by d'Artagnan and his musketeers, Louis XIV stopped at Nogaro. He was on his way to Saint-Jean-de-Luz where he was to marry the infanta Maria-Theresa. Legend has it that he stopped at this house.

Visit Nogaro
Nogaro is the ninth city of the Gers department.
Loaded with history, under the gaze of its listed Romanesque collegiate church, it has kept all its charm of yesteryear and perpetuates all the traditions of the Armagnac Noir terroir, the one that produces this unique and exciting brandy that is sublimated by decades of aging.
Nogaro is also a welcoming and sporty city, with its sports complex, its typical bullring, a renowned venue for Landes races, its world-renowned automobile circuit, and its airfield open to public air traffic.
Nogapatio is ideally located near the Collegiate Church, shops, bars and restaurants.
